In case you want to exchange product(s) • Orders are exchangeable within 30 days from issuing the receipt. • Product(s) must be returned in their original case. • In case of receiving wrong orders, exchange will be done for free within 1-3 business days for orders in greater Cairo & Alexandria , 2-7 in Sinai, Matrouh and Upper Egypt, while 2-5 business days in other cities. • In the case of exchanging correct orders, orders will be subject to shipping fees. _______ In case you want to return your shipment: • Charges are refundable within 30 days of issuing the receipt. • Products must be returned in their original case. • In case of returning due to a manufacturing defect, a total refund will be made within 14 business days through (Bank Accounts – Bank or Mobile wallets) as cash refunds are unavailable. • In case of returning orders for no reason, the refund can be replaced but the shipping fees are to be paid by customers
