Step 1: Contact our representatives through our various channels Instagram, Facebook or Whatsapp and inform them that you want to return items. Share the required details with the customer service representative.
Step 2: Our Assigned Courier will contact you with a pick up time to take the items you’ve requested to Return.
Step 3: Please make sure to have the product Tags and packaging material intact or closed well to ensure safe delivery.
Step 4: Once we receive the products we will review your return and either approve or reject your request depending on the status of the returning item.
Step 5: You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return.
Please note that:
– You will get a reply to your request on our working hours 9am – 5pm from Mondays to Thursdays.
– We do not accept returns or refunds of any goods purchased during a Promotion, Sale or Event.
– You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange products.
–Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering.
–If a return is received that has been claimed for defect, but in fact fails to be approved, the item will be resent and shipping costs will be added.
–The refund process might take up to 14 days to complete.
–Please note that the Shipping fees & Return fees will be deducted from the amount you paid and the rest will be returned back to you. The Return fees will be equal to the Shipping fees.
–Please follow the same steps as mentioned above, contact Customer Service to request an Exchange.
–Please leave your Order Number, items you would like to exchange for, your name and contact information we can reach you on.
–Please indicate to the customer service representative what items you would like to exchange.
–Please be informed that the shipping cost of exchanging items will be added to your invoice.
–In case you have received a wrong item or a damaged item, please return the item and the total amount including shipping cost will be returned to you.
–Please note we can only accept one Exchange Request from each Order.
–This request can be of multiple items at once. You can only Exchange an item with same value, or an Item with higher value.
–We do not accept exchange request of items with lesser value than the original received in the order.
–Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
–You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them.
–The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.
–In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
–We can provide exchange for same value products or products that are more than the original amount.
